Am trying to do my roots without having to buy another box of colour, I only have dark roots at the crown the rest is grey and doesn't show so much, but couldn't find the two matching tubes, so have done two separate ones, only hoping they are both blonde cos I have some darker dyes in the cupboard and they are all higgeldy piggeldy.

Hello people. Am now on catch up again. But thought I better show my face!! Am a bit down in the dumps to be honest - winter is getting to me and the weeks before Christmas are always the most depressing weeks for me. I would love to love Christmas, but I don't. Hybernating would be very welcome at the moment. I would wake up when the first aconites come through!!
Sorry, Swedie, but it was always Matt Cardle for me. Rebecca has a lovely voice and that's about it. Matt had the whole package. An amazing versatile voice and the ability to sing anything, plus charisma, stage presence and above all musicality. (He plays guitar and piano and writes music too) Rebecca was rather wooden. Let's say I know I would enjoy a Matt Cardle concert but would be bored with Rebecca after a couple of songs.
I do feel sorry for you Swedie. Hang on there. I am really, really, surprised that health and safety is so bad in Sweden. What is happening to you really would not be happening here. There are so many regulations about construction sites, etc.

Shaney, I rushed off and left Mr LL very soon after we got married and had to phone him when I got stranded at the station with my cases!! I have rushed off again on other occasions and we have had some awful times as well as wonderful times. They say love is akin to hate and it sure is!! I can't imagine my life without him. I think we are both rocks to each other as I am sure you are Mr SS are.

Yup. my marriage is the same, up and down, but pleasant and comfortable now!!!
My outside freezer has somehow turned itself up (or down) and iced all over and it's frost-free, the settings were way off the scale so have tried to clear it up without unplugging it, and cleared ice from all the drawers and food, it was so cold I couldn't touch any of it, has to wear gloves. I've reset it so let's hope that's it for now!

You don't need a ruddy freezer over here. We have had a thaw but I still have snow in the garden and the mornings are still icy, and more snow forecast from Thursday onwards.
Yes, Neti, we have a better relationship now we are older. We are both more tolerant, he is a lot softer and more tolerant and I am not so fiery and impulsive. However, I swear it's the differences that kept us together. I still fancy the pants off him!!

Oh crippy day .
I've got some sort of sinus thing .My eye socket is all painful and I've got spots .
Think I'm a bit run down
.However the good news is no more nurses .Mr S doesn't need his nether regions dressed anymore and can get into a salt bath .
Mustn't grump though .I've just watched Bones on me new Teevee .Oh it's great .Clear picture and I can watch all my crippy American crime programmes to my hearts content :)

good evening..ooh, this decking the halls malarkey is time consuming & I've only put a little tree up & one or two bits here & there. I'm not the biggest fan of xmas but I just go with it, hating it doesn't stop it from happening.

My ex marched off several times & apart from once it was me who sorted things out ...until the last time when I just didn't have the fight left in me (I didn't know how ill I was).
I remember my mum telling me about a friend who left her husband after a row. She went upstairs, banged some cupboards & drawers & marched off to the station with her case. Her husband went to find her & all she'd packed was her wedding veil, hahaha.

I felt a bit like you this year Robi, the xmas decs were an absolute chore and I didn't enjoy it one bit, but it looks quite nice. The green tree has silver glittery stars and gold baubles and white lights, looks good.
Poor shaney, I had sinusitis once and the pain was so bad, really horrid, so I do sympathise, there was nothing here that I could buy cos I didn't know what it was. Now I always have sinutab in the drawer, have to bring it from England. Probably a neti pot is what you need, or as my dear old mum used to do, just sniff up warm salt water, which I hate doind as I feel like I'm drowning!

Morning all. Dr. rang me last night to go and see him this morning about blUUdy blood test, Have to go for another one on Friday and stop taking the tablets I'm on for Colitis so I'm fed up and full of anxiety. Having some toast and a latte to calm me down.

Not wet here yet so am taking the dog for a walk before the deluge begins and we get snowed in again tomorrow. The dog is just so bored. I can't say a walk inspires me but Meggie needs one.
Jude, I know just how you feel. You might find that the meds you take for colitis have interfered with the blood test result so they are not accurate. Hence another blood test and stopping the tablets for a few days before you go. Try not to worry - easy to say because I am the worlds worst. My imagination goes absolutely haywire!!
