whats the law on money gifts

if i was to be given a large amount of money by a family member whos total estate was a lot less than 350.000.. and who is still alive... but if then that person dies before the 7yr claus would i have...

vibrating at 60

what does it mean when a car vibrates when doing 60 ? the steering wheel dosent but when you have your foot on the accelerateor you can feel it and makes you want to either drop back a bit or speed...

hope someone can help me...my dad cant get his oven working the hob works but not oven.....he says the orange light is flashing.....i have not been able to look as i live away and will be travelling...

how do you hang a wreath

i have always wanted to hang a christmas wreath on my front door .....i bought a metal hook but it wont fit over the top of my PVC door will fit perfect on an interior door....how do you hang them on...

cooking and freezing then reheating food

if for example i cook a beef stew and then freeze it for a later date is it safe to then cook it from frozen in the microwave i usually let it defrost first but it goes all watery

choc chip muffins

i made these at weekend but they turned out a bit dry..what went wrong? receipe said 400g flour and only 50g butter and mix till bread crumbs...thing is it just seems to be too floury so i added...

just thought id give you all a tip...if your having trouble with cats using your borders as a toilet...buy pea sticks from garden centre and stick them in soil in all angles it really does work and...
