News is obviously fine as there's a category for it.
Propaganda is not fine. It could be covered by several rules, e.g. (generally - not saying that all of these apply in this instance):
* Do not post any material that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, threatening, in breach of copyright or otherwise objectionable. Links to objectionable websites on these grounds are also prohibited. Usernames should not be offensive or obscene.
* Do not post material that discriminates on grounds of race, gender, age or religion, nor link to websites that do so.
* Users attempting to spam or "troll" the website will have their account terminated.
* The AnswerBank is a general knowledge exchange and is not to be used to market, sell or promote any product, service, project or organisation.
* Any instances of unsolicited advertising or marketing will be removed, along with the users’ account.
